This is a gym based training session designed specifically for runners that want to build strength, improve running performance and become more resilient against injury. Athletes of all abilities and experience are welcome.

flow stretch

Flow Stretch is a mobility class designed to enhance functional range of motion, improve joint health and aid in injury prevention. It is informed by over 10 years of training and working as a professional dancer, as well the principles of the Functional Range Conditioning® methodology, and is a blend of stretching, joint specific strength training and integrated movement patterns.
Time: Thursdays 5:15pm-6:15pm
